United Airlines First Class B737 Seattle to San Francisco
United Airlines 1679
Seattle (SEA) – San Francisco (SFO)
Boeing 737-900
19 February 2014
The flight was literally finished boarding 10 minutes after the scheduled boarding time and we still had a 30 minute delay because of cargo that arrived late. All United Boeing 737’s feature DirecTV so you are able to watch live TV throughout the flight, though in my opinion it is a complete rip-off and I would never ‘Swipe my card now’! as they advertise it. Instead, I had the airshow on during the flight.
The white cord you can see is my iPhone charger, as all United Boeing 737’s feature 110V power, but the trade off is that they don’t offer Channel 9, where you can hear what the pilot is saying.
Rainy day in Seattle (what else is new…?)
Climbing out of Seattle at 5 in the morning:
I mean, this is seriously why I love flying, these views are so captivating!
This one is my favourite one, the whole time I just looked out the window and though ‘What a great hobby I’ve chosen 🙂 ‘ Seriously though, I love seeing the sunrise and sunset from 35 thousand feet in the air, nothing compares to it.
Landing on certain runways in San Francisco is so fun, it looks like you are literally going to land on water.
The short hour and a half flight was over very quickly, most of which I spent looking out the window at the gorgeous sunrise. Since the flight was somewhat delayed and I only had an hour connection, I headed directly to the gate for my flight to Boston.
