A few weeks ago I had the amazing chance to visit the House of Miles, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The House of Miles, technically office, is behind all of the amazing Frequent Flyer News websites such as BoardingArea, Prior2Boarding, InsideFlyer, and many more. Randy actually founded FlyerTalk, the online hub for all things Miles & Points.
I was long going to visit Randy and the team, however I never had a chance… until one Friday where my calendar surprisingly looked clear enough to fly from Seattle to Colorado Springs! I arrived at around 12:30 and stayed until about 16:00. I was able to meet with most of the team and talk about the important future of my blog and what direction we will be heading.
While I will have more details later, I can reveal now that we are going to completely re-design the blog and it will be awesome, I guarantee that. The new design should be live early-mid January. We have some great ideas for the new logo and theme, but suggestions are always welcome from all of you guys. There were also a few questions floating around as to what direction Travelling the World is heading, well I am moving forward in the same direction as always – expect more trip reports, reviews, photos, thoughts, tips, tricks, and experiences.
Randy and the team (who I know are reading now!) are overall very impressed and proud of my blog achievements so far and we know the future is bright as day by day I am gaining more of you guys who read the blog. Lastly, thank you so much to all of you who read, comment, etc. it really does mean a lot to me and I’m super fortunate to be able to do what I love and share all of my experiences with the world.
Thanks again, I love you all!
